    Mostly good experience
    The good thingsContracted here on an IT project for a few months. Atmosphere is of people looking to do a good job, as I've experienced elsewhere in Gov Depts. Project had one of most switched on and fair managers I've worked with. Just about everyone I talked to was friendly. Had a good friendly culture. People were social in the kitchens. People were committed to improving things and doing good work. Pretty good IT support. Nice office.
    The challengesI had a lack of team fit with the person I reported to directly. There also wasn't room for me to sit with the team so I sat among a team that were regularly on the phone coordinating dates with people who'd been unfairly dismissed and allaying their fears.
