No career progression, toxic environment and no development.
The good thingsClose to public transport and there are a minority of good APS employees left who deserve more.
The challenges- You have to figure out everything yourself - Management seem to not understand their roles - More likely you will be doing a position outside what you have signed up for. - High staff turnover rate

The good thingsGreat view, excellent work colleagues. Variety. No day the same.
The challengesVery few permanent staff, most staff are contractors through various recruitment agencies. This makes it difficult as some staff have a us and them mentality which can lead to a lack of communication.
