    Would honestly not recommend
    The good thingsThe offices are quite nice and in a good location.
    The challengesAll of management needs to be improved, from the CEO down to the Assistant Directors, thus seems to be systemic. Management: -Staff are spoken to and dealt with poorly -There is no transparency with changes -Very unsupportive and lacking empathy in difficult circumstances -Does not do what they say they will -There is minimal (zero) framework for accountability or development

    The ARC is a small agency with management and HR issues. Nothing is kept confidential, everyone is in a clique, lots of drama.
    The good thingsPeers were awesome, made a lot of great friends.
    The challengesSmall agencies buy into the drama easily.

    Very good place to work. Small and intimate department with a great bunch of people

    The good thingsNice people, nice environment, low stress, you get to help academics get funded for discovering new things, if you want to develop your skills there are opportunities to do so.
    The challengesAirport is difficult for public transport users, not the most intellectually challenging work I've ever done.
