The good thingsThe offices are quite nice and in a good location.
The challengesAll of management needs to be improved, from the CEO down to the Assistant Directors, thus seems to be systemic.

-Staff are spoken to and dealt with poorly
-There is no transparency with changes
-Very unsupportive and lacking empathy in difficult circumstances
-Does not do what they say they will
-There is minimal (zero) framework for accountability or development

The ARC is a small agency with management and HR issues. Nothing is kept confidential, everyone is in a clique, lots of drama.
The good thingsPeers were awesome, made a lot of great friends.
