Great personal experience soured by staff behaviours.
The good thingsGreat experience and the chance to work in a very unique place.
The challengesManagement and HR issues are largely ignored by Head Office. Ongoing staff behaviours not addressed by HR. Very low salary to work in a remote area, Nil work life balance.
