    The challengesTruck break downs, work was good when it was there when it wasn’t was forced to use RDO’s and annual leave which is a common occurrence in tasmania

    Working here has been the best job i have had. The frustration lies with the equipments age and workability. Once new equipment arrives, the experience will improve
    The good thingsThe work is great, ability to unload and reload when you please. The pay for a Single HC interstate driver is very good. The staff are always friendly.

    Wealthier and mentally happier working as a pizza delivery boy, not worth hassle you WILL get there.
    The good thingsVery flexible when needing to leave early. Monkeys have been proven to be able to work there.
    The challengesManagement has no idea how to run the place. 2 or 3 managers per department that do not speak to each other with zero communication to you. Consistently having to chase them for follow ups. Cutting out social events for the last 2 years to \"save money\"?

    Two faced management. Keep clear
    The good thingsThere are some decent and honest people working here that know who to avoid and how to keep away from the finger pointers.
    The challengesManagement run the show here and know how to push the guys higher up to do things their way. Very toxic environment and negative attitude from customers.
