Stay far away, it is a toxic environment
The good thingsHelping old people to live in a safe place and looking after their needs
The challengesThis organization has deep, fundamental problems that are severely hurting its employees and productivity. There's no training or communication, leaving staff ill-equipped and uninformed. Arrogant, disrespectful management fosters a culture of Intimidation, Hostility, Persecution, Maltreatment and disrespect, where new staff are ignored, and teams work in isolation with zero support. Employee concerns are routinely ignored. Simply put, this organization doesn't care about its people. It's a tough environment that holds everyone back.

Shocking management, no training and 0 care from management about how staff are treated by other staff. I was forced to leave this job due to bad management, lack of care toward staff and favouritism. If you are a favourite staff member then you can get away with what you like and management do nothing. This workplace caused me extreme anxiety to the point where I couldn’t even sleep or eat. Please do not be fooled by fake management particularly in the lifestyle team. Your mental health is not important to this company.
The good thingsThe residents were gorgeous to work with and the role itself was the best experience.
The challengesManagement are shocking. They favour staff, they let staff cause others grief. I wouldn’t suggest working here if it was the last job going.

Terrible place to work at because of management
The good thingsI had a good team so I enjoyed my shifts
The challengesManagement is very arrogant, they don’t care about their old staff are money minded only wanting to hire new staff. Also it is so unorganised. Only go here if you wanna be under pressure, over worked and treated like no body.
