Dead end company with old school management
The good thingsSome good travel locations associated with work. Lots not so good too.
The challengesTV and radio broadcasting is old technology and rapidly being replaced by online. It is dead end work now and only suitable for people approaching retirement

Falsely advertised position. Enter this company at your own risk. Very top heavy & simply looking to sell the business because the equipment is in a very poor condition.
The good thingsVehicle & Phone. Not much else to mention
The challengesManagement & workplace environment. The job requires far more time away than advertised. Zero management training. These dinosaurs have been gathering dust in their positions since 1985

The good thingsOutstanding CEO and executive team with a clear strategy in an exciting industry.
The challengesAmbitious growth plans means that the pace is fast and if you want all the systems and policies ready to go, they may not be there.

A great place to work in, grow and meet new and amazing people.
The good thingsGreat teams and friendly environment to work in. Employees' well-being and their mental health are as important as the achieving business targets.
The challengesNone! From a technical point of view, the type of projects one faces change from time to time. Although it is a challenge, it is a great opportunity for learning and improving with time.

Culture and recognition is why I love it here!
The good thingsThe culture is incredible. Everyone is open and collaborate and always willing to share and support. The company is open minded when it comes to new opportunities or harnessing strengths, benefits are fantastic and my team is awesome.
The challengesAs a small business in headcount, we are all super busy ensuring that we all achieve the exciting end goal. We all work really hard and put in the time where needed but happy to do so as there is acknowledgement and reward for your efforts.

BAI provided me with a solid career and I met many wonderful people during my time there.
The good thingsThe Company is exploring new markets and has local and overseas growth ambitions. Their Global footprint means they can offer overseas career opportunities to the right people. You'll get the chance to work with experts and interesting and creative people.
The challengesGlobal roles can demand longer working hours at times.

Poor leadership and low morale make this workplace very challenging
The good thingsThe perks are quite good, with free health insurance and annual bonuses
The challengesThe culture of the organisation is poor and tired. Leadership are very immature.
