The challengesMy experience working at Baiada Poultry was extremely disappointing. Management was very poor, with little to no structure or leadership. There was no formal on-site training provided for any of the roles I held, which made it difficult to properly understand expectations or perform tasks efficiently.
On top of that, there were no clear or formal job descriptions, so responsibilities constantly shifted without clarity or support. The office environment was also quite hostile, with staff often throwing each other under the bus instead of working as a team.
Considering the level of responsibility expected, the salary offered was also well below what would be reasonable for the work being performed.
Overall, it felt like a very disorganized workplace with a negative culture and little support for employees.
