    Wearisome Work
    The good thingsDirty usable barista machine.
    The challengesPoorly organised system for packing wine on manual conveyor belt. Unkind behaviour received when concerns are expressed to supervisor. RSI from lifting wine boxes (12x750mL) and then throwing wine into box hampers.

    The best place, the best people and the best environment.
    The good thingsAll teams are absolutely perfect! Small teams but beautiful environment. All managers are fair and firm. The first place that gave me the opportunity to learn and gain experience and since then still the best company I’ve worked for!

    The good thingsYour on the road most of the time which means your away from the warehouse which is a positive
    The challengesWorked here as a owner driver. They work you like a sheep dog with little assistance. Management are all in experienced in there roles and have no idea about transport what so ever. Drivers beware give this job a wide berth .

    Great people and easy work if you like being treated second class.

    The challengesManagement. They treat people like garbage. Longs hours on salary with no thanks just a kick in the pants when something goes wrong.

    I was there only on contract. It was one of the best places I've ever worked in. Worked hard but really enjoyed it.
    The good thingsSuch a great place to work. The leaders are great and very supportive. They are focussed on creating a successful business and know the importance of looking after the employees.
    The challengesThere's lots of opportunity to do things more efficiently. I know they're working on that - things are changing.
