    One of the best Bank, I ever worked with!
    The good thingsBarclays has been a member of the Middle East business community offering clients best-in-class services and solutions in Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as Private Banking. I was appreciated with perks and bonus within 6months of my joining and also my package was upgraded.

    The challengesNo standards, each team has its own way of doing things. Culture is driven by performance - whoever is at the bottom gets kicked out. And performance rating is not transparent and very subjective.
