    loved my job role, but too much pressure.
    The good thingsThe staff discount was helpful (40%), flexible shifts and N/A's could be worked around easily.
    The challengesConstantly expected to stay updated on trends, but with new stock every week and the clothes being pretty pricey made that hard. So much pressure was put on staff to make budget, I can recall once being left a note for an open and being told if I didn't make budget I will get a phone call from my manager and also my area manager to explain why I didn't and there would be a reconsideration of my job. The material is cheap, yet the prices were almost triple than what it should be...like how do you think we can sell that?

    Would of been great to stay, until they closed store 3 months after i started from leaving a job if 8 years

    Expected more when working for Bardot
    The good thingsThey provide lots of online training and you learn a lot from that
    The challengesAlways having to buy the latest released clothes so you spend most of your wage back into the business and your made to fit in with the other women who work there. If you don’t they make you feel left out

    Started off great 4 years ago and has dramatically plummeted because of selfish owners who don’t care for their staff.

    Absolutely awful. Higher management are terrible but the worst is trying to sell a terrible product that falls apart straight away.

    The challengesNo opportunity for advancement. It is very obvious that they hire young girls instead of giving more shifts to their experienced staff who are asking for more work to avoid costs of paying older staff.

    You will make good friends, and be given lots of responsibility. Not for the faint hearted, expect high expectations but impossible to move upwards in the company.
