In regards to our high expectations, you’re right we do like our people to try their hardest each day and sometimes go above and beyond to deliver a level of quality service for our Customers. We are open and honest about what it takes to be part of the Bartons Team and we are realists, by acknowledging that not every person may match those expectations all the time.
You’re correct - turnover of employees in the Automotive Industry can be high with the press claiming some Dealerships experience an average of 25% turnover. Bartons recognised this problem 3 years ago and implemented strategies to reduce turnover of employees and are proud to report quarterly turnover rates as low as 8-12%. This is an ongoing challenge and we try our best.
Lastly, I was confused when I saw your rating for Diversity and Equal Opportunity at Bartons?
