    Claims to be a NFP community organisation, more like an aged care property developer.
    The good thingsHas a great client base.
    The challengesPoor management. Out of touch with staff. Management is internally focussed, not on clients.

    good benefits and very close to my house; Hard to pick up shifts , still casual

    The challengescan't pick up shifts,hard to apply leave, they not follow up with staff. many staff need to work 3 days to be permanent. Manager always in office and not very approachable

    met some wonderful people but would not recommend as a place to work for.

    The challengespoor pay, staff who complain about standards that aren't addressed with you yet are surprised they continue almost as if they weren't dealt with let alone with you
