The satisfaction of seeing the students succeed in the creative industries validates the importance of creative expression.
The good things This company celebrates the achievement of our students and works hard to provide a positive both-ways experience.
The challengesThe fact that we are remote and have a high turnover of staff is the major problem I have with this company. Unfortunately, a constant change in management makes for a difficult workflow.

I don't miss working here one bit, which is a shame because the overall objectives of what Batchelor Institute is trying to achieve are fantastic and admirable.
The good thingsGood pay and leave entitlements. Opportunity to take on new challenges.
The challengesTerrible management and overall experience. Weighed down in bureaucracy meant actually achieving anything took far too long.
