    The culture in this company is shocking, its all smoke and mirrors, in that HR are realy there to protect the owners who are south African with no idea

    BLR is a great store with a great range of products and the best team!
    The good thingsGreat management and staff! A great product and customer support centre give you confidence in knowing that you're sending a customer away with a great quality product and will be looked after should anything not be perfect.
    The challengesMeeting monthly sales targets during the quiet times can be tough and you really need to motivate yourself to try and hit them.
