Performance Managed out of the business.
The good thingsThe Milky Bars and Cadbury's Marvellous Creations Jelly Popping Candy Chocolate Bar, in between calls and emails. No not every day.
The challengesThe PIP, or Performance Improvement Plan - how this company handled it. And I was walked out, and literally thrown out onto the street. But there's worse out there.

    Exhilarating and exhausting.
The good thingsThe opportunity to act up and to make necessary changes at the time. Team building drinks was really good. Fantastic HR management system.
The challengesToo much work with good workers being loaded up. Great HR system but was not used well. Looked as a chore hence, reward often did not go where it was most deserved.

Would recommend if you want to work with a bunch or great people who love what they do
The good thingswork life balance, there is the flexibility to allow for this and to be able to do your role well. We have a fantastic team of people, who are all amazing in their own right we all have different skills and all work well to achieve common goals. I have the ability to be very autonomous with my accounts, however help is always on hand if needed. Everyone is willing to help, no matter what level they are at they will take the time out to assist you when required. Training and self development available to us
The challengeswhilst its great working in a flexible environment with working from home a lot, this does have its challenges you dont have the ability to get up and talk to someone / ask them a question. Processes, some of these can be challenging and quite lengthily - however the business is constantly changing, evolving and willing to take on board feedback to make these better
