The challengesManagement are outdated, the systems are messy and hard to navigate, and you can't really trust what management tell you - we used to refer to them as the smiling assassins. As with the hospitality industry in general, it is hard work, long hours, compulsory weekend work and low pay. The is focus on customer service rather than quality of products but it has to be at that price point.
