    They are barely set up for autocad. The file structure is a car crash and the boss waxes lyrical about AI and he can barely handle email. Avoid.
    The good thingsThe workshop team are strong.
    The challengesThe owner micromanages at will. Does not understand that the product. Cuts corners on certs ( form 15/engineering). Does not communicate effectively and is a general problem. I was there a year and 2 foremen came and went due to his in appropriate behaviour. Tried to address it professionally and left because you can't reason with someone that has no respect for you as an employee. Lack of clarity in job role. Underpaid from the beginning. If you're a draftsman with standards. Avoid avoid avoid.
