    Huge staff turnover. Glad to be gone.
    The good thingsWalking out of there permanently. Scenic environment, can take a nice walk if you get a break.
    The challengesManagement is the worst I've ever seen. You have to rely on yourself entirely, no support from above... it's an illusion. Very toxic environment. Huge staff turnover.

    The challengesExpectations are far and beyond any normal hospitality job you can get paid the same working at a pub for a lot easier work. Management have their clicks and people come and go from this place all the time its sad aha !!

    The managers are tyrants. It’s a poisonous environment.

    The good thingsit is an amazing property to work at and they recently refurbished the rooms. A really good team atmosphere
