    Since I have started, I have been welcomed by not only my team but other teams as well. Ideas are encouraged and very supportive management. If you are looking for a great culture, excellent training and an inclusive environment, I highly recommend Benson Radiology
    The good thingsEveryone is welcoming right from day one, you are supported, and training is amazing! Robust procedures. Very good culture and it's been a very inclusive environment where feedback has been welcomed

    Great friendships made but makes life extremely hard having to plan for leave 12 months in advance with a possibility of still getting rejected.

    Supported , and fun work place.
    The good thingsGreat team culture, never feel alone always have people around me if I need a hand. Pay is always on time and they're very accommodating when it comes to part time and full time needs.
    The challengesTraining is extensive and hard. It's very full on for around 4 months. If your not prepared to put in the hard yards to get to a point where you can work automasly then this isn't the job for you.

    Not bad, not amazing either
    The good thingsFriendly staff, patient focussed environment, opportunities for additional training
    The challengesSome of the equipment is old and unergonomic to use or bad for your back! This was balanced out by moving around during the week to locations with better equipment but definitely something to consider.

    More excruciating than enjoyable.
    The good thingsIt is friendly and for the most part the staff are supportive
    The challengesThe training is extensive but far from thorough. Errors will not be treated as a learning experience but a 'guilt' attitude. Using annual leave is a practical impossibility. The pay is difficultly low. It is more business orientated than patient care orientated, even though the care for patients is rather impressive. There isn't a lot of teamwork, it is present, but it is more a 'find the person and blame them' in attitude with little empathy. There are a few strong positives and there are friends to be made and a lot of information and insight into a fascinating medical field; but the negatives far outweigh the positives.

    Behind the times...
    The good thingsMostly friendly staff.
    The challengesToo many people worrying about what everyone else is doing rather than concentrating on their own jobs. Contacting management nearly impossible due to lack of response. Leave virtually non existent. Change is desperately needed to bring the company in line with many other radiology practices, however there seems to be endless meetings with no actual improvements.

    The good thingsPaid on time each fortnight, but apart from that not much else.
    The challengesManagement don't care and turn a blind eye to all problems. All very much talk and no action. Imposable to get leave. Always made to feel bad when calling in sick due to the lack of staff. Everyone is stressed and ran into the ground.
