    Challenging but rewarding.
The good things5 weeks' leave, free F45 classes twice a week, discounted MYKI, heaps of social events and strong commitment to CSR. Lots of opportunity to take on projects, develop and challenge yourself.
The challengesIt's very corporate and there's a considerable lack of leadership maturity in the middle management. Also, a lack of gender diversity.
