    An absolute pleasure to work for this company.
    The good thingsThe conditions - people/safety first policy. The ability to up grade your skill levels and the pay/bonuses.
    The challengesIt was a swing shift steel mill, so acclimatising to the transition of going from days into nights and visa versa was the biggest challenge.

    Challenging place to work, great people poor management
    The good thingsPeople in the team were good to work with with great knowledge.
    The challengesManagement at the time wasn't supportive. Would say one thing do another. Also any issues weren't discussed til to late. So hopefully culture has changed. Procurement process was also not great with teams having to work from 1hr storyboard.
