    They hired me as an Executive Manager .I was told that i will only be working in Newcastle,Central Coast and it’s a white collar job(which is a joke you have to clean the sites as well).After a week my operations manager came up with extra 20/30 sites from central coast to Queensland.They asked me to sign a contract for 38 hours but every single week gave me extra job which took me 80-100 hours to finish.It is a really big scam going on in cleaning industry. Government must do something about it
    The good thingsNothing is good in BIC Consolidated except for big name.
    The challengesThey do not want you to complain about anything. Basically, you can’t say no. They terminated my contract because i asked them for fair pay. This job is for single people not married. They will pay you for only 38 hours but ask you to work more than 80 hours easily. Their contract says you have devote ALL your time to the company. And they pay less than their cleaners.
