    A fun culture made up of great people driven by a shared goal- improving the health of communities and the environment by getting people on bikes.
    The good thingsWonderful and warm, friendly people. Opportunity to be part of big events. Opportunity to grow in your career/ explore other fields within the organisation. Fun, social and supportive culture.
    The challengesSalaries could be more competitive, although there are an array of other significant perks- like flexible working hours and 6 weeks annual leave which is nice!
