    Disappointing company to work for. They support the wrong type of people.
    The good thingsSome like minded colleagues who support each other.
    The challengesToxic workplace environment with a high turnover of staff. Management do not recognise or acknowledge employee loyalty and commitment. Poor remuneration and work life balance for some. Staff coerced into making positive reviews on internet sites to boost ratings. For a unique Australian owned company this is a shame as it could be a really good company to work for.

    Working at Bioproperties has been a unique and challenging experience, I have grown and learnt a lot since I have been here.
    The good thingsSince coming to Bioproperties I have experienced many unique and interesting processes and technology. I have enjoyed my time here so far, and I see lots of potential for the company to grow and expand.
    The challengesSome areas of the company may have grown quicker than others. Some current pratices could potentially be made more efficient if time and focus is put towards bringing these areas up.

    The good thingsAmazing work culture and work life balance. Supportive management and a fantastic group of people to work with.
    The challengesWe are always busy but I do work for the Engineering and Maintenance department!! Regardless of how busy we are, my manager is very hands on and there to offer support.

    Good to start if you lack experience. But not a company to stay for long time. Company would not invest in an individuals development or growth. Will make promises but will never get fulfilled. And with over period of time will be overburdened with work.

    Great GMP experience in a family friendly workplace
    The good thingsThe company works hard to maintain a family culture, the people are fantastic and are supported to take care of each other. There are opportunities to build skills by moving to different teams or into senior roles.
    The challengesWorking with biologicals can be challenging but the work is rewarding knowing product is moving out the door.

    The challengesNeed to clear out the staff 'cobwebs'-some staff still think its small business & act accordingly. Under performing staff get a pass as management is not as strong as it needs to be at this level.
