The good thingsAmazing co workers! Good perks for working for the company.
The challengesOnly hire teens. Only way you work up through the ranks is if you stay quite and don't challenge management on anything.

Great uni/ high school job but also great for people to start a career in the industry aswell.
The good thingsGreat discounts, friendly team, development if you're a good worker
The challengesNot really any I can think of. Quite an easy job as long as you're a focused switched on worker.

I enjoyed it. If I were staying in Darwin longer, I definitely would have liked to continue working there.
The good thingsFriendly staff. Good pay and staff perks.
The challengesTaking bins out when short. Cleaning really busy cinemas in a short amount of time is a bit exhausting. Uniform is a little hot.
