I’ve been lucky to learn from different departments who have always been generous with their knowledge to enhance my current role and allow deep team connections and collaboration.
I have found the work environment to be flexible and open and for managers to be understanding on personal circumstances such as sick kids or pick up times.
All in all, Blackmores is a company that remembers its beginnings but has a keen eye on the future and while they do have room for improvement, it’s great to be part of the movement that will change the health industry for the better.
