    By far the worst place I have worked in my career.
    The good thingsGood salary, office space, location, and amenities.
    The challengesToxic culture, no appreciation for hard work, constant long hours, including Friday nights and weekends. Instead of improving their process, culture, and systems, they lay off those who are willing to collaborate in favour of those who are misleading the leadership to save themselves from their poor performance. Avoid.

    The challengesThe overall culture promoted by the business is not a positive one, it presents well with the right buzz words but in reality it is very much focused on what the company wants from you and not a partnership. It is clear that any investment in its people is not about their individual investment.

    The challengesNot everyone has a great team to work with and not all teams worked as well as the one I was in, this at times could be difficult as not everyone was approachable.

    The highest staff turn over I have ever seen. Disgreceful the way staff are treated by Supervisors and Team leaders!
    The good thingsSome peers were very helpful. Good start and finish times.
    The challengesThere is extremely little interaction from Team Leaders or Supervisors. You have no idea how you are progressing, until you make mistakes. Then you are spoken to like you are 5. It is virtually left up to other staff members to show you how to do things. If you do not get the hang of learning the Computer in 2 days, too bad. Transferred to another department. Thrown in at the deep end with RF scanning guns. Very little training, just expect you to know what to do.

    I was happy to have the job until the façade wore off and I saw what it was really like: shallow, full of micromanagement, and incompetent leadership.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with a wide variety of people in my team. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the workspace.
    The challengesThe management is incompetent and blind to what workers really need to feel motivated and valued in the workplace. There is rampant miscommunication and laziness among the various teams, many of who are relied upon for critical tasks.

    Management can't do the basics right...
    The good thingsThere are a number of talented staff that want to make a difference and it's a good environment to learn in. Great place to build further experience.
    The challengesThe management team, be it the SCLT, EXCO don't have a sense of unity or purpose. There is no consistency with their approach, zero follow through or vision. This business will struggle to exist in 5 years time.

    Should have picked my other job option at the time I was hired. Can I have the time I wasted there back please?
    The good thingsLunch breaks, and leaving at the end of the day seeing that place in my rear vision mirror. There are some nice people who are employed there that make time more tolerable.
    The challengesExtremely unsatisfying place to work. Poor upper management. Poor quality of staff. It’s never the right person for the job, it’s the first person for the job. Embarrassing pricing. Very poor team work due to strong KPI focus. No reprimandation of poor performance. very limited ability to climb the internal ladder. No rewards, limited recognition, no bonus for meeting targets, and pay rises...let’s not even talk about that.

    The good thingsThe culture and the team. Most people within the business are approachable and easy to get along with, the atmosphere is energetic and you never get bored, it’s something new everyday.
    The challengesNavigating through the various departments to get a solution for your customers. Response times are slow and it’s hard to know who or where to go to for help. Communication throughout the business is also lacking.
