    There is a reason why the same people stay within this company. The company and people contributes to the negative effects of workplace environments and costing people their money.

    The challengesToo many people look after events - problems will and have arise. They mention often it’s a family environment however they negatively speak about each-other. It’s very dysfunctional however they will say this is a good thing, it’s not.

    Love coming to work everyday. Love what we do and the people I get to do it with.
    The good thingsThere is no doubt that the best thing about working with Blue Wealth is the people - they challenge you, support you, lift you and overall make you better. All the other stuff - growth, learning, fun - it all comes out of that. I love what I do, and it's mainly because of the brilliant people I work with.
