    Some great perks!
    The good things- Paid Health Insurance - Fully stocked Fridge/snacks - Work from home options - A lot of option to travel for work
    The challenges- As they are American based they will make you redundant on the spot - Managers based all over the world - High Sales targets - Senior Managers will get the rewards (large bonuses) for the work done by other beneath them

    Needs renewed energy and strategy. It is not all about money!
    The good thingsSalary and benefits are very good. There are all sorts of people in the workplace.
    The challengesThe company needs to find its strategy. Or if there is one, work better to communicate it and get everyone on board. It seems the company lost its mojo when ServiceNow appeared as a contender. BMC needs to find a way to get developers and partners back. It is going to be hard otherwise.

    The challengesFocused on selling software, not delivering solutions. The sales staff would sell things that were undeliverable.
