Less than 1 year in the role, current employee

Fantastic starting position for the hospitality industry.

The good thingsFriendly staff with a relaxed working environment. Decent allotment of hours per staff and are able to accommodate around other commitments e.g. university or school.

The challengesOccasional miscommunication between management and staff in regards to changes to menu items, current specials and upcoming events.
