    Learnt so much, grew so much. I will always appreciate how my hard work paid off.
    The good thingsMade a lot of friends and overall enjoyed the good and the bad parts of working in a Boost Juice environment.
    The challengesI would only recommend this job to someone who wants to be more confident when handling customer wants or needs, love fast work environments as well as wants to learn about all fruit and vegetables.

    The good thingsCo workers and the environment are incredible. All our staff are friends and tend to get a long creating a safe and happy work place.
    The challengesIt's a harder job then i thought. A lot of training, very big rushes, a lot of commitment and time given up

    I found it a rewarding experience as my first job but I wouldn’t recommend it as it is really hard work for minimum pay and stressful.
    The good thingsBeing kept busy and time going by fast.
    The challengesUnder-staffing and high pressure to serve many drinks with sometimes only 2 people on and long queues. Very unlikely to get breaks and asked to stay back longer which worsened some of my physical health problems by not having any time to eat. Some co-workers being mean and setting unreasonable expectations.

    The good thingsThe people and the fun, vibrant environment. Customer relations and interactions were always positive. Very in-depth training.

    Poor Management and Favoritism!
    The good thingsLearning how to make smoothies.
    The challengesManagement falls short in supporting team principles and maintaining effective communication. Issues like inadequate payment and poorly managed rosters contribute to high staff turnover and a toxic work environment. With poor leadership, lack of proper training, and a negative atmosphere where one bad apple can spoil the bunch, the Management Team is failing to provide the necessary support and organization. Overall, it creates an unpleasant and unstructured workplace.
