Stay Away Booth don't care about you or your Family time.
The good thingsNothing Good about Booth
The challengeswork and home life Balance Don't exist. Pay is award and below market rates. you work hard for so little money when you do Road Trains you don't get pay for hooking up and setup your Road Train at Gatton or when you return either. the extra hours that you work pulling A-Triple at 105 tonnes its not worth it. Lots Break down with trailers. Booth dont understand its time i don't work for free Schedule you to leave Saturday Morning so No home life. Stay away Booth can't keep good drivers who have the experience with Train work so pay us what we are worth.

Not a good experience/ shocking transport company- I would have a break they would ring me saying what u doing I’m having my legal break yet they expected me to not.
The good thingsNo good things- poor management Nothing was right
The challengesLack of maintenance getting done on trucks. Everytime something needed fixing it was a factor that truck being out on the road was more important than the truck having tread on tyres or brake lights.

    Good company to gain experience
The good thingsOpportunity to learn and drive different combinations of trailers/ trucks, management/supervisor were accommodating for time off if needed
The challengesAllocations not communicating together and then driver has to work out the issue, not one truck one driver as promised, late night text messages from allocations, high expectations of work day from allocations with little time in day to allow for delays
