    It has been a great place to work however it had few environmental and cultural issues which we face in most of the manufacturing industries

    I looked forward to going to work every day.
    The good thingsWorked for Boral for 13 years. I had an enjoyable time. I did have the job in the place. Working with the people was the best part.

    The challengesPoor investment on manufacturing plants have lead the business to have poor quality products. Lack of vision in their building products section and by the look of it they want to get out of it and just have quarries and concrete!
