Extraction & Discardment of human resources..
The good thingsBoral is an enterprise with presence across Australia.
The challengesThe new management is only looking at the bottomline at the cost of losing its core assets - the Human resources. The race to save costs by running untenable projects that cause burn out of its employees is ignored. The working conditions are bad enough and even the experience of leaving the company and moving out is not so easy.. departing employee is not even offered a proper exit interview nor the pay out figures discussed appropriately causing it stressful, which only bares the way the employees are treated..

Bad Management in terms of work and nothing goes as per books.
The good thingsNothing good about the company as the management is the worst and when I Say this I mean the top management to bottom management.
The challengesYou will be the one to face all challenges and your manager will relax and do nothing.

A total waste of my life , working for very little considering the hours and effort extended to this company
The good thingsGreat workers , you have your good and your bad the same as all work places .
The challengesManagement or lack of , safety is only a concern if the fix is affordable .Blind eye to problems that might have a larger price tag or to much of a problem to handle . Work life balance zero

Overall I enjoyed working here and was taught a lot.
The good thingsThe opportunity to advance if you show a willingness are there. Some Management are great to work with while others are not.
The challengesPressure to perform well in this role are sometimes not worth it. Better acknowledgement from superiors for the role you perform would be good considering the hours usually worked and what is expected from you.
