    Started with high hopes, only to see major decline in moral, with management changes, back orders and product issues, making a complete nightmare.
    The good thingsAutonomous work environment. Remuneration when hitting budget, though incentive structure changes frequently.
    The challengesOnboarding, training and support. Lack of resources and materials. Product complaints, back orders. Endless reporting. Work life balance. Poor internal communication. Management. dismissive, ignorant and not interested in challenges in field. Hard to get anyone on the phone or email replies. Constant extended delays in getting anything actioned.
