    The good thingsGreat place to work. Management and staff really care about the quality of homes they are building, positive team culture, opportunities for growth and supportive management team that cares about their staff.
    The challengesIt is busy a lot of the time, with high customer expectations that do not get met easily.

    The negative aspects outweigh the positive aspects of working for Boutique Homes.
    The good thingsThere are some good people there.
    The challengesThey pay less than the industry standard, pay isn’t increased with inflation, pay is not reviewed (regardless of performance), there is a high staff turnover for these reasons.

    Wasn't paid for over 800 hours of overtime.
    The good thingsOn-site gym, some good people but the GM moved them on cause he didn't like them personally.
    The challengesGeneral Manager is cold + unapproachable if he doesn't like you you'll know about it.
