    Avoid at all costs
    The good thingsMost of the team are friendly and try to help each other deal with all the internal issues.
    The challengesLeadership is severely lacking - especially the executive team. It can be toxic at times. Workloads are unsustainable and communication inconsistent. Unfortunately a couple of senior people make it a very difficult workplace.

    I was not made to feel like I was wanted because I was not the same as the typical employee in terms of age and life experience.
    The good thingsPart time hours allowed.
    The challengesTime recording, unrealistic billing expectations.

    A strong competitor for the Big 4!
    The good thingsIncredibly supportive, really pushes you to succeed, champions the small wins as well as the bigger ones. Encourages growth and development. Surrounded by some really supportive mentors and coaches. Open to new ideas and hands down this organisation is made up of the nicest, most genuine and approachable people I have ever worked with. It champions diversity and also giving staff great opportunities.
    The challengesAll companies have challenges and as Boyce moves into it's next growth phase, times are changing, and this may not suit everyone.

    A very good example of a very bad place to work
    The good thingsThey are flexible with employees working from home.
    The challengesLots of overtimes, calls and texts from management out of hours. Virtually no team culture and a very unpleasant office environment.

    The good thingsNo weekend work, standard hours
    The challengesA toxic culture. Managements ideals of the “team” do not line up with reality of office life. There can be a lot of overtime which is unacknowledged.

    Quick paced, versatile and accomodating environment that is enjoyable.
    The good thingsDefinitely the team and the flexibility the firm offers. The support during COVID and study has been phenomenal and enjoy the plethora of training opportunities
    The challengesWith the large diversity of teams in the offices, and lots of work coming in the workflow can be challenging/demanding with its urgency.
