    Overall if you need work the money is right but if you dont like hard work it's not the place for you, casual rate is really good.

    Bradken can be a good place to work, however being a larger company it struggles to look after it's staff particularly well. This isn't though not wanting to, rather lack of resources.

    The challengesSome people still have jobs despite being bad as it's too hard to get rid of them.

    After more than 20 years with Bradken it has shaped who i am today, proud to have been part of the success.
    The good thingsAs a production supervisor i was given relative autonomy to develop my team and it culture.
    The challengesThe separation of value of employees, salary staff tend to be valued higher than wages staff, this seems to be turning around, so a very positive future for Bradken.

    it was 23 years of slowly going from happy to go to work to not wanting to be a part of the company at all

    The challengesTrying to get management to give me a PD for my position i held for 6 years and didnt get one. all i got for 23 years of working for them was being to i was being made redundant because they didn't have anything for me to do.
