Loved the flexible aspect of the role!
The good thingsGreat flexibility, not a 9-5 job, but still pays pretty well. Lots of variety working across a lot of different brands - always something new happening so it keeps the role fresh. I enjoyed my time here and would go back if I my circumstances changed and I needed the flexibility again.
The challengesSometimes the hours were low, and sometimes it was crazy busy so that was a challenge to juggle that, but you get used to it.

Awesome company to work for. Love the role!!
The good thingsGreat flexibility, a lot of variety, always something new happening, physical role that is very rewarding. Great pay rate. I really enjoy working with my team. Supportive managers. I would definitely recommend this role to anyone looking for a casual position.
The challengesSome weeks are quieter than others. Would prefer bit more consistency, but I understand it is a casual role.

Mixed experience working for this company, either avoid or treat it as a stepping stone for better opportunities elsewhere
The good things- working with awesome people both in head office and in-field - flexiblity to WFH - exposure to working with different clients which can lead to other employment opportunities
The challenges- questionable behaviour and actions by a member of senior leadership team, complaints raised and feedback passed on over the years but nothing is done by CEO and COO - low salary with tight deadlines and consistent overtime hours - field staff is asked to work long hours and meet tight deadlines - favouritism

New joiner will appreciate learning opportunity of the processes in the first 3 months and fade off after that.
The good thingsGreat conversation across different teams. Management is approachable for escalations and follow ups on miscellaneous enquiries.
The challengesExtremely difficult for career growth and cross learning with other teams. It could be partly influenced by the culture or the leadership style of the management. Lack of communications of new changes in the team. Information on internal changes are always given at a last minute notice. Adding up pressures to cope with it.

It was worse to work here as you don’t understand the work as they don’t train you properly and to much pressure from management although they won’t train you properly and when you need help they don’t give a f
The good thingsNothing really it’s hard job and no training and help is provided from management

I wouldn't recommend it. They care so much about speed and task but not about you as employee. Poor career progression too. Only good if it's short term.
The good thingsFlexible hours / Work-life balance
The challengesVery physically demanding. Poor management - Territory manager does not know what happens during work only make sure you are speedy and get the task done accurately.

A great and flexible job for someone who is able to cope with the pressure and manage their time well.
The good thingsAllows for a flexible schedule as you can complete tasks in your own time practically whenever you want, as long as you meet the deadline and are within reasonable working hours. Always diversity in tasks, there's never that boring 'sameness'. Can do tasks for various different companies, such as Woolies, Coles, Unilever, Priceline, IGA, Jack Daniel's, etc. People are usually very friendly. Completing plannograms are great if you have a mind for strategically completing puzzles. There is opportunity to climb within the company and jump to different roles if you perform well.
The challengesAbsolutely necessary to have good time management skills. Can be extremely stressful at times, having to think on your feet and improvise often. Requires you to cope well under pressure and dealing with store managers. Management can be out of touch and does not always understand what is happening in the field. Fieldwork has a high turnover rate.
