    Great company to work for and has been very supportive of me and my personal career aspirations.
    The good thingsThe people make the difference and the team I work with is supportive, friendly and always willing to help. There is great scope for opportunities with a number of new clients which opens the door to different roles and experiences

    If you are used to an agile environment, you might struggle here.
    The good thingsSalary was good, nice offices.
    The challengesI encountered some very strong personalities among my peers and management - the people I worked with were very much in their own little silos and not always responsive to requests. Many have been there for 10-20 years and it's difficult for new starters to assimilate. The on-boarding was poor and in my day to day work I found it hard to please technical and commercial managers with their competing - and sometimes mutually exclusive - demands. A bit behind the times in some ways - particularly in the way in which projects are run and teams are organised.
