Some great people but similar to most building products companies the profit margins reflect the staffing. - lean.

Attained knowledge in production overall with quality and safety.
The good thingsGood people to work with, enjoyed the shift being evening. Could do various work from machine operating and forklift driving and frequent toolbox meetings. Worked on different shifts from day, afternoon and nights.
The challengesIt was a very physical job role with lots of manual handling and labouring duties. Our duty on night shift was to do a full clean to get ready for day shift. The machine never stopped during the day and afternoon, therefore we had to stop it on nights for at least 2 hours to clean. It was very hard and physical work as clean up duties.
