    The challengesBureaucratic, overly complex, lack of clarity as to how things get done, offshoring of work detrimental to getting things done, lip service by senior management to providing support.

    The challengescorporate downsizing - trying to maintain the same levels of customer satisfaction with less resources. Timescales for global processes can take too long.
