    A company that struggles to be successful
    The good thingsGood group of peers and delivery teams.
    The challengesVery heavy tier one systems that can consume your whole day (particularly HSE), not much opportunity for career progression, very pour work winning mentality (a lot of jobs losing large amounts of money before soil has even been turned), management structure that appear to constantly be in damage control.

    i was Broad for two years working as managemen accountant. the finance team was very welcome and sociable. High team envirnoment, work as family unit. My time with Broad, was rewarding.
