    Great Inclusive Culture
    The good thingsBrown-Forman owns some of the most recognisable brands in the world, including Jack Daniel's. It's a great culture and promotes work-life-balance. We have won several Diversity & Inclusion awards, most recently the Australian Human Resources Institute, Michael Kirby LGBTIQ Award 2018.
    The challengesWe're a 148 year old company and sometimes the pace can be slow. But hey, it takes time to make a great whiskies.
