    BTR New Mateial Group Co, Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as"BTR") was established in August of 2000 and, is an Affiliate of China Baoan Group Co. Ltd. BTR is a professional manufacturer of cathode and anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. It is a high-tech enterprise integraing R&D, production and sales. BTR was listed on the NEQ in 2015, and transferred to the Baijing Stock Exchange in 2021. BTR not ony leads the world in the market share of lithium-ion battery anode materials, but also takes the lead in the new generaion of anode maternals siicon-based anodes, BTR takes the lead in realizing the large-scale production of high-nickel cathode material NCA in China.
