Work here only if you have very VERY low expectationsThe good thingsThe only good thing is the pay rate and a couple of the casual girls who I got along well with (they know who they are). The installers are all wonderful to deal with and they treat me well, despite having one of the toughest jobs in the company.
The challengesBeing put-down constantly by self-entitled customers, no support at all from management. My managers never asked how I was, and barely ever said hello or even looked at me.
You are left to work by yourself, and never appreciated for the long hours and work you put in to this company. Expect people to handball jobs off, and things to get left unattended for up to a month.
The other girls that work here are expected to cover shifts, not management.
A couple of full-time girls consistently take sickies and in any other work place, they would get fired... here it is overlooked and considered normal. This means you will get calls on your day off before 8am expecting you to drop everything and get to work to cover a full day.
Lastly, a few of the consultants are extremely rude and very hard to deal with (which is weird considering we give them all of their work).
In short, you are just another number to this place. I handed in my resignation and did not even hear a word from any of the managers.
