    The challengesOnly a week after started working there was good. It was like an island with scary demons that showed their true faces. The longer I stayed, the more depressed I became. How toxic place it was. 100%, no recommended working with the company

    Best job I have ever had. Have made lifelong mates here.
    The good thingsReal career progression opportunities on offer. In my experience the crews/people onsite are the best I have ever worked with. Always working hard and having lots of laughs along the way.
    The challengesOften short on manning which is seemingly felt across the WA mining industry at the moment. However, supervisors don't expect unrealistic results from your shift.

    The good thingsHave worked in mining for many years all across Australia and this is definitely the best company I've worked for. Support from various levels - from the mining face to senior management.

    Sensational Company - A must !!
    The good thingswow FIFO life is awesome, after all its what you make it yourself. Camp life is brilliant you meant so many great people, food is brilliant and the Dongas are pretty good. My job is awesome, really loved moving from site to site doing admin relief, at present I'm on one site & love it too. I would recommend this job to anyone, Oh wait my whole family work at Byrnecut, so we are the Byrnecut family.
    The challengesMmm that's a hard one, after 1+ years in this company, I really don't have a negative. I gave up 30 years plus in the finance industry/ corporate life to take this position & honestly would not look back! Oh Medicals can be a challenging, however on the positive side, it keeps you healthy!

    The good thingsSafety is Priority, anyone can stop the job if they feel there is a risk of someone being injured. Without any fallback.

    I would not recommend anyone to work in the project I worked at (Capricorn Copper) as all workers' morale is very low due to poor management.
