The good thingsFamily-owned company with a bright future. Fantastic Retail team members and very supportive Head Office Management, that listen and make you feel appreciated. Great work/life balance too. A lot of long-term employees which is a good sign of a well-managed business. An enjoyable place to work.

Great opportunity to grow and learn at one of Australia’s best designers.
The good things- competitive commission scheme
- great staff discounts
- ample opportunity to grow within the company
- great team and good energy, everyone is amazing at what they do
- always get time off when you need it
The challenges- can be very demanding, you must be on your game at all times

The good thingsPositive, lively and supportive team culture, wonderfully loyal clientele that appreciates the brand and our personalised service, brilliant high end training that is constantly given, beautiful, quality product to sell and the connectiveness that head office have with each store across Australia. I am also studying at the moment so management always ensures to work in with our uni schedules.
The challengesWhen we are busy, we are BUSY!! I thrive in this environment but it can sometimes be overwhelming but through direction from our management team and the willingness to help from all of our team members we can move through these times. We have great systems in place to ensure we can work as seamlessly and efficiently as possible to ensure we can still enjoy ourselves and give our clients the best possible service.

The good thingsThe team is great, everyone is supportive, collaborative and helpful. Calibre is always incredibly supportive when it comes to accommodating staff's outside work commitments i.e uni. they provide a lot of training and adapt to different ways of learning. The clientele is amazing, which makes coming to work easy. it's a fun place to work and the commission to great.
The challengesStaff shortages and high standards can be challenging however you are always supported and no problem is too big to be solved.
